Tap your toes to a Tejano music legend during the Sounds Like Houston Thursday Concerts, which continues this week.

This one-of-a-kind live music experience is an ideal place to bring your friends, family, coworkers and kids. On June 4, enjoy tunes from accordionist and two-time Latin Grammy winner David Lee Garza y los Musicales. Houston’s own Tex-Mex rock and roll accordionist, Roberto Rodriguez, takes the stage as Pulpo beforehand.

Concerts begin at 6:30 every Thursday night. Most street parking is free starting at 6. Picnics, blankets, and lawn chairs are welcome, but glass containers and alcohol are prohibited.

KPFT is a co-sponsor of the series.
