During the Fall membership drive, KPFT partnered with Pancho Claus Arts, headed by Richard Reyes (aka “Pancho Claus”), by committing to donate $10 to PCA for every $1,000 raised during the drive.
Thanks to our donors the station raised $193,000, resulting in a check for $1,930 to Pancho Claus Arts. Pancho Claus came by KPFT today to pick up the check, and brought with him just a few of the bicycles he plans to buy and distribute to kids in Houston and environs during the holiday season.
